Ingredients for servings

  • 0.5 cup(s) granulated sweetener

  • 0.5 cup(s) brown sugar

  • 450 g vanilla yoghurt

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 2 egg whites

  • 0.75 cup(s) plain four

  • 0.5 cup(s) cocoa powder

  • 0.5 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 100 g dark chocolate chips

Directions

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C.

  • Spray a tray with cooking spray.

  • In a bowl mix the granulated sugar, yoghurt, oil, vanilla, and egg whites.

  • Gradually add the remaining ingredients into the mix.

  • Pour the mix into the tray.

  • Bake for 20 to 30 mins.

Notes

Check if your brownie is thoroughly baked using a tooth pick.

Sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.

Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
