Ingredients for servings
0.5 cup(s) granulated sweetener
0.5 cup(s) brown sugar
450 g vanilla yoghurt
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 egg whites
0.75 cup(s) plain four
0.5 cup(s) cocoa powder
0.5 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
100 g dark chocolate chips
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
Spray a tray with cooking spray.
In a bowl mix the granulated sugar, yoghurt, oil, vanilla, and egg whites.
Gradually add the remaining ingredients into the mix.
Pour the mix into the tray.
Bake for 20 to 30 mins.
Check if your brownie is thoroughly baked using a tooth pick.
Sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.
Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
