Spicy Quick Pickled Radishes



Ingredients for servings

  • 1 bunch of radishes

  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar apple cider vinegar also works

  • 2 tbsp caster sugar I tried it with Panela sugar and it was amazing

  • salt

  • peppercorns

  • mustard seeds

  • cloves

  • pepper flakes

Directions

  • Trim and finely slice the radishes.

  • In a bowl mix together the vinegar and sugar.

  • Add the radishes and toss together, with a pinch of sea salt, peppercorns, mustard seeds, cloves, and pepper flakes leaving to marinate for 10 to 15 minutes.

  • Top on tacos, pork belly steamed buns, burgers, and sandwiches.
