Ingredients for servings
1 bunch of radishes
2 tbsp red wine vinegar apple cider vinegar also works
2 tbsp caster sugar I tried it with Panela sugar and it was amazing
Trim and finely slice the radishes.
In a bowl mix together the vinegar and sugar.
Add the radishes and toss together, with a pinch of sea salt, peppercorns, mustard seeds, cloves, and pepper flakes leaving to marinate for 10 to 15 minutes.
Top on tacos, pork belly steamed buns, burgers, and sandwiches.
