World Peace Dragon Wings
Ingredients for servings

1 tbsp chili oil

1 tbsp roasted sesame oil

2 tbsp brown sugar

0.5 tsp MSG

6 tbsp water

4 tbsp light + 2 tbsp dark soy sauce OR 6 tbsp light soy sauce

2 tbsp dry vermouth or sherry

2 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp 7-spice powder
crushed green peppercorns

2 tbsp tomato paste
-
2 tbsp butter

4 cloves of garlic
1 tsp fish sauce
raw unsalted peanuts

Directions
Roast raw peanuts in a pan until golden and aromatic, about 5 minutes. Set aside to cool and pulse a couple of times in a blender until roughly ground.
Combine ingredients in a separate bowl.
Toast the powder and the green peppercorns in a pan until aromas release.
Add butter and stir until tomato paste has been thoroughly incorporated with the sauce.
Add bowl of body sauce to the pan and cook on medium-low heat for 10 minutes.
Take off heat and add fish sauce and toss with chicken wings and roasted peanuts.
