Cilantro Jalapeño Sauce

  • 4 jalapeños, halved

  • 2 cup(s) loosely packed cilantro, stems removed

  • 0.5 cup(s) sour cream

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1 lime, juiced

  • pinch of salt

  • 0.5 cup olive oil

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar


  • Combine jalapenos, cilantro, sour cream, garlic, lime juice and salt in the bowl of a food processor. With the motor running, add olive oil and vinegar in a slow stream until emulsified.
