Peanut Butter Oatmeal Chocolate Cookies



Ingredients for servings

  • 0.5 cup(s) butter or margarine

  • 1 cup(s) brown sugar

  • 1 large egg(s)

  • 1.5 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • 0.5 cup(s) smooth peanut butter

  • 1 cup(s) all purpose flour

  • 0.5 tsp baking soda

  • 1 pinch kosher salt

  • 1 cup(s) old fashioned oats

  • 0.5 cup(s) chocolate chips

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  • With a mixer, paddle together the butter and sugar for 2-3 minutes.

  • Add in the egg and vanilla and mix until well combined.

  • Add the peanut butter and mix.

  • Add the flour, baking soda and salt and mix until the flour is just combined.

  • Manually fold in the oats and chocolate chips.

  • Using two large spoons, scoop 12 cookies onto each baking sheet. Bake for 14 minutes.

  • Let cool on baking sheet.
