Ingredients for servings

0.75 cup(s) pecans

5 dates
-
0.5 cup(s) mixed dried fruit

3 tbsp coconut shavings

0.5 cup(s) cashew nuts

3 tbsp almond butter

2 tbsp coconut oil
-
2 tbsp water
Directions
Add the pecans, dates, dried fruit, coconut shavings, cashew nuts, almond butter and coconut oil into a food processor and mix together adding water gradually until the mixture turns into a thick paste.
Take a scoop or a teaspoon of the mixture in your hand and roll into a ball
Notes
Best served after being refrigerated for at least 2 hours.
Sprinkle with additional coconut shavings before serving.
