Ingredients for servings

  • 0.75 cup(s) pecans

  • 5 dates

  • 0.5 cup(s) mixed dried fruit

  • 3 tbsp coconut shavings

  • 0.5 cup(s) cashew nuts

  • 3 tbsp almond butter

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

  • 2 tbsp water


  • Add the pecans, dates, dried fruit, coconut shavings, cashew nuts, almond butter and coconut oil into a food processor and mix together adding water gradually until the mixture turns into a thick paste.

  • Take a scoop or a teaspoon of the mixture in your hand and roll into a ball


Best served after being refrigerated for at least 2 hours.

Sprinkle with additional coconut shavings before serving.
