Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients for servings

  • 2 large chicken breasts

  • 1 cup soy sauce

  • 1 tsp Worchestershire sauce

  • 0.5 cup brown sugar

  • 1 tbsp butter


  • Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized cubes.

  • Heat up a pan over medium heat and melt the butter.

  • Add the chicken to the pan and fry until golden brown.

  • Add the soy sauce, sugar, and Worchestershire sauce.

  • Simmer until the sauce has reduced.


Best served with basmati rice and freshly chopped spring onion.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds for a classy presentation.

You can turn this dish into a vegetarian one, by using Quorn pieces instead of chicken breast.
