Ingredients for servings

20 g green Thai chili peppers, de-seeded

70 g green bell peppers, de-seeded

75 g lime juice

70 g granulated white sugar

20 g salt

0.5 tsp MSG monosodium glutamate, optional

3 lime leaves see note

35 g sweetened condensed milk
Directions
Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Serve with seafood, on BBQ, or with spring/egg rolls.
Notes
Optional, for a thicker sauce or to keep longer, cook sauce in a small sauce pan until thickened.
The lime leaves are mainly for aroma, similar to lemon zest. It won’t affect taste at all.
